Exercises for 12 days—12 days of Christmas

Are you up for an at-home, get-fit challenge over the holiday season? I think I am too (says the girl who quite happily just ate a tasty gingerbread man)! Pals Ariana Chernin and Jillian Lorenz of Barre Bee Fit came up with this cute holiday-inspired workout to help keep our bods moving.
The idea is to do one of these exercises for 12 days—12 days of Christmas, get it?—starting with the plank at the bottom of the list and moving up to the top of the list:
